New Construction Inspection

A New Construction Home Inspection includes an assessment of the home’s major systems and components such as: the roof, insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling, windows & doors, and foundation. The inspection report will be delivered within 24 hours of the inspection and is a valuable resource for you and your real estate agent during the transaction. It’s also a great reference for future homeownership and maintenance. The inspection report will contain numerous photos, diagrams, and links to more detailed information/reference materials. Some of the most common defects we find at new construction/11-month warranty inspections are insufficient levels of insulation, shingle installation defects, HVAC installation defects, dirty furnace interiors, and siding installation defects. We encourage clients to attend the last hour of the inspection so we can answer questions, point out basic features, and go over the most important findings from the inspection.​
