Our home inspections team brings over 15 years of experience in the construction & remodeling industry, along with thousands of home inspections across the state of Minnesota. Using the latest technologies, paired with detailed reporting and post inspection walk-throughs, we strive to put our clients in the best position possible to make accurate and educated decisions about their new purchase or situation.
We Promise to provide unbiased reporting on the condition of every home. It is not our position to persuade the client to purchase or hit the eject button.
Our Goal is to educate the client about the status of their current or new home by using the latest inspection tools, offering options for ancillary inspections, post inspection walk-throughs, and delivering a timely, unbiased and detailed report.

MEET THE INSPECTOR
MATT BEHRENS, OWNER & OPERATER
Matt has been in the construction industry since 2002, and worked all over the continental US. In 2005, Matt moved to Colorado and started his own construction company, where his main area of expertise was residential construction. He also installed thermal and moisture prevention coatings for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Matt moved back to MN in 2016, to pursue a career in home inspection, where he spent 5 years with a large multi-inspector company.
Matt is extremely passionate about home inspections and wanted to step out of the corporate inspection scene, and started Resolute Home Inspections in 2022.
In his free time, you can find him with his wife and 2 children exploring the outdoors, camping, playing games, swimming, or relaxing while watching a movie.
