Pre-Drywall Inspection

A Pre-Drywall Inspection offers an assessment of the building when structural issues we may observe are likely easier to deal with. It should take place before drywall is installed, but after the foundation, framing, rough-electrical, rough-HVAC, and rough-plumbing are installed. This inspection type could be considered a free, quality control assessment for the builder. We welcome clients to attend the inspection, but some builders do require hardhats (hardhats are not provided).
