A Condo Inspection includes an assessment of the property’s accessible systems and components such as: the plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows & doors, and more. As we don’t inspect the exterior, shared mechanical systems, and common areas of the property - we offer these inspections at a lower rate than our Standard Home Inspections. Comments about these items may be included as a courtesy. The inspection report will be delivered within 24 hours of the inspection and is a valuable resource for you and your real estate agent during the transaction. It’s also a great reference for future ownership and maintenance. The inspection report will contain numerous photos, diagrams, and links to more detailed information/reference materials. We encourage clients to attend the inspection so we can answer questions, point out basic features, and go over the most important findings from the inspection.
