Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted and confirmed via phone or email. Inspections cancelled within 24 hours of the home inspection start time will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Add-on services that were started prior to the cancellation cannot be refunded. A credit may be able to be applied to a future ancillary service.
Service Area
We service the whole state of Minnesota. Our primary service area is the Twin Cities and surrounding Metro areas. Our secondary inspection coverage is located around our inspectors. For inspections outside of our primary or secondary inspector service areas, additional travel charges may be applied.
