Mold Testing
Mold is a type of fungus. Mold requires three simple elements to grow: moderate temperatures, nutrients, and moisture. Mold spores are found inside and outside, but they will only grow in the right conditions.
We partner with professional, certified mold technicians who collect direct contact and/or air samples. After the inspection you will receive a report and general recommendations regarding mold removal. Keep in mind lab results may take 3-7 days (holidays may extend that).

Price for Mold Testing and Report - starts at $550 + $120 for additional swabs (if needed)
*additional swabs may be needed to get an accurate assessment if excessive mold is found in the home. The mold inspector will contact all parties involved if additional swabs are needed.
