Mold Testing
Mold is a type of fungus. Mold requires three simple elements to grow: moderate temperatures, nutrients, and moisture. Mold spores are found inside and outside, but they will only grow in the right conditions.
We partner with a professional, experienced company that takes two types of mold tests: direct and air tests. Direct testing is performed with a swab or tape and air tests are collected. After the inspection (lab results typically take 2-4 days) you will receive a report and general recommendations regarding mold removal.

Price for Mold Testing and Report - $545 + $115 for additional swabs (if needed)
*additional swabs may be needed to get an accurate assessment if excessive mold is found in the home. The mold inspector will contact all parties involved if additional swabs are needed.
